DentalPost
ROLE: CREATIVE LEAD | AGENCY: VERT
DentalPost is an online and mobile job board for the dental industry that connects more than 850,000 job seekers to find a job that is right for them. It also serves as a space for employers to post temporary and permanent positions that helps find a candidate that is right for them through metric-based career matching. As Creative Lead, I’ve been able to design dozens of paid media campaigns, social posts, and have helped expand our client into the email marketing space.
Organic Social
When I first began designing social media posts for DentalPost, we were mostly relying on client provided imagery and sourced stock photos with text overlaid. We then began to push the design envelope and revamp DentalPost’s feed by incorporating video, infographics, and in-house produced photography. Our changes helped keep our audience engaged, making DentalPost top of mind on their next job search.
Email Design
We began creating automated emails for DentalPost at the end of 2018. With subtle design and copy variations we were able to create two versions of each design for both of their audiences: job seekers and employers. We have created many different types of emails that can be sent out to our users if they haven’t logged into their account in a certain number of months, if DentalPost met them at a trade show and wants to connect, and many more.
Paid Media
From running dozens of campaigns and digging into our data results, we have learned that our audience reacts well to campaigns where the primary color is yellow and features a happy and bright millennial female. We have used that data to drive our creative choices in our paid media campaigns and have worked hard to make each one unique and engaging.
2018 Salary Survey Infographic
In 2018, we surveyed more than 4,000 dental professionals from all over the country for information to better understand their salary, experience, and position in the industry. We then compiled our data and released it in the form of a blog and infographic for both dental assistants and dental hygienists.
